Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the GRE Alpha team, you will be responsible for building and managing the company's online presence across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content for our blog, covering a wide range of topics that align with our business goals.

Key performance indicators will include growing our blog subscribers, converting website visitors into leads, and engaging with our target audience through relevant social discussions.

You will be responsible for driving consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social media presence, and providing feedback to other contributors and editing their content to ensure consistency and quality.

Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing our content for search engines and lead generation, and conducting analytical projects to improve our blog and social media strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • University Graduate
  • Fluency in written English
  • Journalist/publishing background is a plus
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to our company's tone and voice
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a strong understanding of each platform's best practices
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills, with the ability to use data and intuition to inform decisions
  • Analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize and scale our blog marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • 2-3 years of marketing and content creation experience is a plus
  • Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, and inbound marketing
