Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the advancement of the Smart Living Cluster and Youth Development initiatives.

  • Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and events aimed at fostering youth talent in digital technology careers and entrepreneurship.
  • Assist in establishing strategic collaborations with local and international educational institutions, particularly in higher education, and other industry stakeholders to cultivate youth talent for the Cyberport community.
  • Encourage tech entrepreneurship among young individuals and engage them in entrepreneurial initiatives at Cyberport.
  • Help build a vital talent pool to connect tech-savvy youth with employers seeking tech expertise.
  • Enhance connections among Cyberport student and youth alumni, promoting their involvement with the Cyberport community.
  • Support the development, production, and upkeep of promotional materials for various projects.
  • Facilitate cluster development activities, including delegation visits, roadshows, workshops, and networking events to promote collaboration among ecosystem partners and achieve successful commercialization outcomes.
  • Communicate with government entities and NGOs, co-organizers, or related institutions to provide updates and clarify the status of application reviews as necessary.
  • Manage inquiries via telephone and email regarding program-related activities and events.

Project Implementation & Budget Oversight:

  • Assist in the development and execution of programs and campaigns.
  • Maintain a summary of program applications.
  • Independently coordinate meeting logistics and schedules.
  • Review project expenditures and prepare payment documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating surveys, review meetings, and program activities.
  • Prepare all purchasing requests and expense claims related to program and event expenditures.

Administrative Support:

  • Regularly update program statistical data.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for program documentation.
  • Collect necessary data from recipients and maintain the database.
  • Draft administrative correspondence and documents, including memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements to existing initiatives.
  • Develop marketing strategies or campaigns to highlight success stories of nurtured youth talents.
  • Support other initiatives of the Public Mission Team and perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in coordinating and implementing IT or digital technology projects, including web-based and cloud-based business systems.
  • More than 3 years of experience in account management related to IT or digital technology projects.
  • Experience in negotiating and partnering with NGOs, youth organizations, government bodies, digital tech associations, academic institutions, and business enterprises.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • A strategic thinker and relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing and graphic design software is advantageous.
  • Creative, analytical, and well-organized.

This position is offered on a temporary contract basis.
