Job Summary

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within a high availability environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our Microsoft-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  2. Cloud Platform Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for our Microsoft cloud platform, including MS Windows Servers and Citrix virtual environment.
  3. Security and Compliance: Ensure our Microsoft-based environment is protected with the latest security settings, patches, endpoint protection, and system hardening.
  4. Project Planning and Implementation: Participate in project planning, evaluation, management, implementation, and deployment of Microsoft-based infrastructure projects.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and technical support.
  6. On-Call Support: Provide 7x24 standby support to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
  7. Ad Hoc Projects: Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. Education: A recognized bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  2. Technical Expertise: Solid experience in enterprise Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft cloud platform (O365 & Azure).
  3. Hands-on Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on configuration, project implementation support, and ongoing operation experience in Wintel infrastructure, Microsoft cloud platform (O365 and Azure).
  4. Windows Platform Expertise: Experience in implementation and troubleshooting on the Windows platform with Hyper-V environment.
  5. High Availability and Security: Solid knowledge and experience in high availability clusters, load-balancers, antivirus, backup, system monitoring facilities, and SMTP servers.
  6. Soft Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, positive approach to challenges, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
