Stove and Chopper

PES - SOA

We are currently looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Stove and Chopper.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations and preparation of culinary items.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Perform duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine, particularly in Dim Sum and desserts, ideally within a high-end Chinese dining establishment, club, or luxury hotel.
  • Experience with Western desserts is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a solid sense of responsibility are essential.

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior position.)
