Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Officer/Senior Accounting Officer to join our Finance Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide spectrum of accounting duties independently, including performing monthly payroll process, compiling tax returns, and processing staff benefits payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a wide spectrum of accounting duties independently
  • Perform monthly payroll process, both full-time and part-time payroll, in a timely manner
  • Compile tax returns to the Inland Revenue Department
  • Process staff benefits payments
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements

  • A recognized Degree or equivalent qualifications in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Relevant experience in one or more areas of accounting work, such as payroll processing, preparing financial statements and analyses, and preparing budgets
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Good team player
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office
  • Applicants with knowledge of computerized accounting systems are preferred
