  • Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements, monitor and enhance internal control processes to safeguard the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (IFRS or US GAAP).
  • Proven experience in managing and leading small teams, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
