Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Su Sih Enterprises Limited. As a key member of our investment operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing middle and back office functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts, including routine finance and operations of all investment products
  • Handle general accounting issues independently and prepare monthly financial and management reports
  • Support the Investment Team and front office, including reporting, valuations, portfolio analysis, investment income, and budget analysis
  • Liaise with external auditors and handle audit and tax matters
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' experience in accounting/audit field for financial services section, particularly asset management, private equity funds, fund administration, and operation
  • Solid investment accounting, middle office experiences, and CPA are preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Excel Macro, and PivotTable is a plus
  • Experience in accounting system, especially Flex System and Fion is needed
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and good communication skills
  • Immediate availability is preferred
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of HKD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 5-day workweek, bank holidays, and medical plan.
