Performance Administration Manager

The High Performance Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the administration and funding of Elite Coaching Departments. This position involves coordinating the development and implementation of Elite Training Programmes, as well as providing regular updates on the Elite Vote Support System for Elite Sports.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- To assist in the proposal, implementation, and evaluation of Elite Training Programmes/ Initiatives;
- To collaborate with Elite Coaching Departments in developing and implementing High Performance Objectives;
- To ensure effective use of resources by coordinating the administration and funding of Elite Coaching Departments;
- To work closely with National Sports Associations (NSAs) on programme planning and resource allocation;
- To coordinate with internal departments and outside organizations to support Elite Sports and athletes;
Main Tasks:
- Administration of Direct Financial Support schemes for athletes;
- Funding programmes for NSAs under HKSI's system;
Essential Requirements:
- A university degree;
- A minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience or equivalent;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- High level of computer literacy;
- Awareness/knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Good understanding of the Hong Kong sports landscape;
