About the Role

The Senior Product Development Specialist Europe will be responsible for managing the development of fashion jewellery collections in Europe. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers in Europe and Asia
  • Manage the development process of new product lines, including design, sampling, and production
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to meet market demands
  • Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Manager to develop marketing strategies for new product launches
  • Monitor and control costs associated with product development and sourcing

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in fashion jewellery development or purchasing
  • 1+ year of experience in silver jewellery development
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with Cantonese, English, and Mandarin languages
  • Ability to travel to factories in China or Asia
