Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist to join our sales team at JPC TEXSON LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting medical devices with a focus on ultrasound products to private hospitals, clinics, and labs in Hong Kong.

The ideal candidate will have a degree holder and 1+ year experience in medical device/pharmaceuticals/healthcare products or equivalent. Knowledge of ultrasound products is an advantage, and good communication skills in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote medical devices with a focus on ultrasound products to private hospitals, specialist clinics, labs, medical professionals, and other related customers in Hong Kong.
  • Conduct product demonstrations (jointly with Clinical Application Specialist) and present product features to customers.
  • Follow up the sales leads until successful winning of order and follow up with delivery, basic training, and repeat sales.
  • Attend product workshops and provide support during related congress, medical seminars, and trade-shows.
  • Provide product information and training to customers, follow up with technical support (jointly with Clinical Application Specialist).
  • Build and enhance effective communications with clients.
  • Liaise with supplier for updates, training, product feedback, parts.
