About the Role
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value for the Forex/Crypto/Stock trading platforms.
  • Leverage customer data, insights, and behavior patterns to identify at-risk traders and craft personalized retention campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and other related teams to optimize user experience, product offerings, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee targeted retention campaigns (e.g., email, push notifications, SMS) to re-engage users and improve retention rates.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retention, CRM, or customer loyalty management in Forex, Crypto, or Stock trading sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Forex, Crypto, and Stock markets, with a focus on customer behavior and trading patterns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
