Maximizing Client Satisfaction Specialist

Role OverviewThe Senior Officer/Officer, Client Value Maximization Strategy plays a key role in supporting campaign execution, team administrative management, budget coordination, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Execution Support: Assist Team Lead in implementing campaign initiatives, support preparation and distribution of campaign materials, track and report campaign performance metrics, coordinate with stakeholders for campaign rollout, and maintain campaign documentation and databases.
- Team Administrative Management: Coordinate team meetings and maintain team calendar, support team communication and correspondence, create team presentations and reports, and maintain team equipment and resources inventory.
- Budget Coordination: Support budget tracking and expense monitoring, process invoices and maintain financial records, prepare budget reports, learn budget forecasting and planning, and support procurement processes.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, support Team Lead in daily operations, prepare operational reports and updates, maintain department dashboards, and handle basic stakeholder queries.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, or a related field in the financial sector. Knowledge of the insurance industry and products is a definite advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using marketing automation software/CRM tools.
