Job Summary

Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts, Cordis Hotels and Resorts, and Ying'nFlo brands. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement annual revenue and room night targets from the Hong Kong market.
  2. Perform as account champion for Airlines, Leisure, and MICE segments, ensuring sales activities are well-coordinated to maximize product knowledge of all properties and realize revenue potential.
  3. Lead and manage Leisure contracting processes on a global or regional level to ensure maximum exposure.
  4. Identify and grow Airlines, Leisure, and MICE accounts to increase market share.
  5. Develop qualified MICE (Corporate/Leisure) leads for properties and support sales activities to secure business.
  6. Manage MICE (Corporate/Leisure) leads and work closely with hotels and clients to ensure business materializes.
  7. Maintain and handle MICE (Corporate/Leisure) group booking records in Sales system (Salesforce).
  8. Represent LHG at key industry/networking events to build LHG presence and contacts.
  9. Provide support on sales events, presentations, client events, and sales program implementation.
  10. Support DOS GSO Hong Kong to source quality FAM and promotion opportunities.
  11. Maintain up-to-date client database, call records, reports, and LHG sales systems.
  12. Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities from the territories.
  13. Maintain close communication with hotel sales teams, GSOs, and GSAs to ensure regular information exchange to securing sales opportunities.
  14. Conduct regular updates with DOS GSO Hong Kong to ensure targeted revenue goals are achieved.
  15. Produce necessary sales reports/sales systems updates as required for sales statistics and measurements.
Requirements:
  1. University or post-graduate diploma or equivalent professional hotel training.
  2. At least 5 years working experience in hospitality industry.
  3. Working experience in hotel sales is a must and preferably with a Global Sales Office background.
  4. Exposure in Airlines, Leisure, MICE, PCOs.
  5. Good connection within the industry.
  6. A Will to success, a hunter for business.
  7. Good communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  8. Good team player and support positive working atmosphere.
  9. Deliver quality business writing and correspondence.
  10. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua is essential; speak other languages is a plus.
  11. Candidates with more experience are also welcome.
