Job Title: Sales Supervisor, RM, Hong Kong - M1

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Selling Skills: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, build strong relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Business Management: Manage sales performance, monitor expenses, and ensure effective implementation of sales processes and procedures.
  • Clinical Excellence: Maintain a deep understanding of clinical studies and data to effectively communicate with customers and promote Boston Scientific products.
  • Quality: Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of quality in all interactions and behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
