Job Summary:
Vita Green Health Product Company Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned clients and cultivating strong working relationships with assigned customers to drive customer satisfaction and company profit growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Formulate sales scripts and sales planning to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Analyse calling results and take remedial actions to improve sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in account management or telemarketing.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and good serving attitude.
- Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in speaking Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Passionate about driving results and achieving sales targets.
