Job Description:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop long-term strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative objectives.
- Lead Territory Management: Manage the call plan for both existing and new customers and manage assigned territories.
- Deliver Customer Value: Make regular visits to identify customers' needs and provide treatment solutions to HCP.
- Optimize Sales Performance: Analyze ordering patterns & product sales and prepare related reports and presentations as required.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Provide customer services to HCP.
- Foster Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Develop Junior Representatives: Mentor junior sales representatives or newcomers.
- Inform Management: Relay market insights to management.
- Sustain Integrity: Comply with integrity and compliance standards.
