Job DescriptionYou will report directly to the Team Head and be responsible for accelerating the acquisition of new non-borrowing corporate/SME accounts. This role aims to drive CASA, FX, operating flow, insurance, and investment in line with the commercial Account Acquisition Strategy of the Bank.
- Identify trustworthy referral sources and tap into referrals from these select firms, providing high-quality services under our robust new customer screening and acceptance process.
- Explore business opportunities from existing non-borrowing SME accounts and deepen relationships.
- Implement stringent KYC processes, completing detailed CDD/EDD to facilitate smooth new account opening while minimizing compliance issues.
- Capture deposit, FX, cash management, insurance, and investment opportunities from these non-borrowing relationships.
- Work closely with all bank units to ensure optimal cash product offerings and delivery, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Participate in marketing and sales campaigns to optimize customers' usage of Transaction Banking services.
- Identify business opportunities and assess customers' needs through product innovation or enhancement.
- Assist with customer account opening and maintenance work.
