Customer Experience Manager, APAC

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in driving customer-centricity across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Insights and Strategy
- Develop and implement customer insights and VOC programs across the region to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with business units to leverage customer insights and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Human-Centered Design
- Facilitate workshops to understand and define business and user needs and goals.
- Develop and present concept solutions that meet business and user needs.
- Customer Culture and Engagement
- Support the development of a customer-centric culture across the organization.
- Work with business units to leverage group assets and best practices to optimize customer focus.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Monitor and report on customer metrics and KPIs across the region.
- Develop and maintain customer-focused reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
