About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in driving customer-centricity across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insights and Strategy
    • Develop and implement customer insights and VOC programs across the region to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Work closely with business units to leverage customer insights and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Human-Centered Design
    • Facilitate workshops to understand and define business and user needs and goals.
    • Develop and present concept solutions that meet business and user needs.
  • Customer Culture and Engagement
    • Support the development of a customer-centric culture across the organization.
    • Work with business units to leverage group assets and best practices to optimize customer focus.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Monitor and report on customer metrics and KPIs across the region.
    • Develop and maintain customer-focused reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
