About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Assistant to join our team at Hong Kong Adventist Hospital - Stubbs Road. As a Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for handling enquiries, extending administrative support to the Catering Sales Team, and utilizing your excellent communication and customer servicing skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries with nutrition knowledge and provide accurate information.
  • Assist the Catering Sales Team with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients through excellent communication and customer servicing skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' relevant experience in the catering industry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Experience in luxury hotels or Chinese restaurants is preferred, but not essential.
