Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence processes, monitoring and managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) risks, and providing compliance-related trainings to relevant staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Conduct KYC Due Diligence Processes

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and conducting KYC due diligence processes for onboarding customers, as well as providing periodical and ad-hoc reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Monitor and Manage AML/CFT Risks

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing AML/CFT risks of the bank, and reporting to seniors on any potential risks or concerns.

Analyze AML/CFT Cases and Provide Reports and Alerts

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing relevant AML/CFT cases and providing reports and alerts to relevant stakeholders.

Data and Information Collection and Analysis

The candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data and information from both internal and industry sources, and providing recommendations to senior management.

Cooperation with Frontline and Back Offices

The successful candidate will be responsible for cooperating with frontline and back offices to handle relevant AML projects.

Compliance-Related Trainings

The candidate will be responsible for providing compliance-related trainings to relevant staff.

Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a university degree or above, with AML/CFT professional qualifications preferred.

Work Experience

The candidate should have at least 3 years of working experience in banking or financial industry, particularly in compliance, corporate banking, or correspondent banking business area.

Skills and Competencies

The successful candidate should have good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be a good team player with strong data and information sense.

Language Proficiency

The candidate should have a good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese.

Computer Applications

The successful candidate should be proficient in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
