About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Company 28 - Manulife (International) Limited. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective solutions to customer enquiries and complaints via various service channels.
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems.
  • Support management in achieving business objectives and improving service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisor role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving results through others.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (Written & Read).
  • Excellent Excel, PPT, Word skills.
