Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Customer Services Manager to join our team at The Bank of East Asia. As a key member of our customer services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-class customer service through the hotline of the Call Centre, meeting the policies, rules, requirements, and guidelines prescribed by all concerned regulators and the Bank.
- Assist branch/department colleagues in handling MPF-related issues through the MPF special hotline for branch/department colleagues.
- Handle enquiries on products and services to meet the needs of customers, providing clear and accurate information and keeping them informed throughout and after the sales process.
- Offer customers reasonable barrier-free alternatives in changing products, switching providers, submitting a claim, or launching a complaint, and explain relevant arrangements, fees, and penalties, if any.
- Perform daily follow-up jobs from the WIS system.
- Follow up on return cases with members.
- Perform follow-up actions on return and transfer cases.
- Take up ad hoc assignments when required.
- HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics, at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of MPF operation procedures, policies, and legislation.
- A good team player with good communication skills and risk awareness.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with Putonghua an advantage.
