We are looking for a Senior Data Lead to join our team at Sun Life.

As a Senior Data Lead, you will be responsible for setting up a consolidated data hub, gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data, deriving insights from various sources such as customer databases, social media, and other relevant sources; build propensity model.

You will also be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights to key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is required. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a definite advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data analysis concepts to non-technical audiences, are also required.

Multi-tasking and strong collaboration skills are essential. A proven track record in delivering business insights and solutions that drive business results is necessary.

Experience providing campaign data execution support, including data management, segmentation, and reporting, is a plus.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field and at least 8 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, statistics, or related field; preferably in financial industries.
