Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  2. Post and verify daily transactions.
  3. Issue and manage invoices.
  4. Follow up on outstanding receivables.
  5. Process incoming and outgoing payments.
  6. Prepare cheque payment, T/T payment, bank instructions, fund transfers.
  7. Monitor daily cash balances.
  8. Forecast cash flow.
  9. Evaluate funding requirements.
  10. Perform administrative tasks.
  11. Liaise with auditors.
  12. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  13. Support other accounting and administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Possess a professional qualification of HKICPA / ACCA (or equivalent).
  • Hold at least 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Show proficiency in English and Cantonese.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Hong Kong's accounting standards and taxation regulations.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills.
