Offshore Wind Leader, Asia

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Leader to join our team in Asia. As a key member of our energy advisory team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth in the offshore wind sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of specialist offshore wind designers, leveraging their expertise in international design standards.
- Develop and support structural teams across our Asia offices to establish independent design centers of excellence for offshore floating structures and wind foundations.
- Collaborate with energy advisory teams to assess offshore wind farm projects and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with existing clients to promote our offshore wind business service offerings and drive new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of in-house digital design tools to provide efficient and cost-effective bespoke foundation solutions for wind farm foundations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of professional consulting experience in marine and offshore energy infrastructure preliminary design and detailed design services.
- Proven experience as a hands-on project director leading multi-million-dollar fee engineering, advisory, or consulting professional services in the energy sector.
- Experience developing teams to deliver work won through business development efforts.
- Sound understanding of commercial and financial issues in the winning and execution of professional services commissions.
- Fluent English skills (with local native language preferred but not necessary).
