- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new cash management products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve our cash management processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk management, operations, and compliance, to ensure that our cash management products and services meet the highest standards of quality and risk management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in cash management product development and management, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Language: Fluent in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
