Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience working in an information management role within a museum, gallery, or archive environment.
- Extensive experience in processes and procedures involved in collections management activities (cataloguing, location recording, acquisitions, loans in and out, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of museum cataloguing data standards and user support, training, and documentation.
- Relevant experience in analysing users' requirements and creating purpose-made reports for data management and workflow implementation.
- Experience integrating collection database information with external systems such as application programme interfaces (API) and web projects.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
