Job Description:

This role reports to the Head Office and is responsible for providing regular and ad hoc reports. Additionally, the incumbent will provide timely management information to Management and Divisions; monitor actual financial results against targets from both overall bank and divisional perspectives.

The ideal candidate will partner with business to conduct and analyse financial forecast, maintain and execute cost allocation mechanism, and participate in system development and user acceptance tests of new management information systems.

Responsibilities also include overseeing daily operations of the Team, planning and organizing resources to complete allocated tasks, and resolving/escalating issues in a timely manner with viable recommendations.

The successful candidate will lead, motivate and develop subordinates in the Team, respond to questions from Head Office, management, divisions and external/internal auditors as regards management accounting matters, and establish, maintain and execute the Policy and Procedure related to Management Accounting.
