About the Role

We are seeking a Technology Infrastructure Professional to join our team at the Centre for Oncology and Immunology. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to researchers and admin team, as well as implementing internal data security policies to enhance Centre's cyber security.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to researchers and admin team.
  • Implement internal data security policies to enhance Centre's cyber security.
  • Support and administer anti-virus control on all computer hardware.
  • Perform hardware/software deployments and upgrades.
  • Manage/maintain up-to-date inventory records for IT-related equipment.
Key Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • A good command of written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
  • Team player, self-motivated, organized, detail-minded, hardworking, willing to learn new techniques, and able to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
