About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Analyst to join our team at EcoVadis. As a key member of our Evaluation Services department, you will play a critical role in producing independent, trusted, and actionable ratings and insights that empower companies to improve their sustainable business practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and report on the quality and robustness of companies' sustainability management systems, applying the EcoVadis methodology.
  • Extract and synthesize material sustainability data related to environmental, social, ethics, and supply chain from company documentation.
  • Collaborate with rated companies to clarify specific issues related to their assessment.
  • Stay up-to-date with regular updates regarding the EcoVadis methodology and apply them to the assessment process.
  • Perform quality checks during the assessment process.
  • Work on daily targets and confirm the implementation of a rated company's sustainability management system components using the EcoVadis methodology guidelines.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience in a related field, preferably in sustainability or sustainable development.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and oral) - other languages are a plus.
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree with a focus on sustainability.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications.
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence to work independently and autonomously, manage time effectively, and know when to ask for help.
  • Ability to work to daily targets.
  • Being adaptable to change.
  • Communicate with honesty and kindness.
  • Collaborative and seeks to build trusting relationships.
Additional Information
  • Vacation: 20 days paid per year.
  • Employer MPF Contribution will be paid by EcoVadis.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
  • Medical Aid coverage in accordance with company policy.
  • Work Mode: Hybrid Work (on-site 4 days per month).
