Job Overview

A.P. Moller - Maersk seeks an experienced Logistics Vertical Account Manager to join its team in Hong Kong. As a key account manager for the lifestyle vertical, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships, performance, and share of wallet across the entire supply chain of assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client business plans that encompass ocean and Logistics & Services products.
  • Maintain an overview of what ocean and Logistics & Services the client has a current and/or potential need for.
  • Liaise with non-control ocean clients and their 3PL's to maximize volumes.
  • Professionally plan, execute, and input to SFDC client meetings and proactive phone calls in accordance with set targets and agreed process.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience selling to MNC customers.
  • An expert understanding of logistics and service products, especially Supply Chain Management/Warehousing and Distribution/eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning large/medium opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in the business development process.
