About the Role

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled Market Access and External Affairs Manager to drive market access strategy and optimize affordability and accessibility of our medicines in Hong Kong and Macau.

This role will support external affairs and internal stakeholders' engagement activities, requiring experience in planning and execution on market access strategy for innovative products.

The ideal candidate should have an agile and patient-centric mindset, strong communication and matrix leadership skills, and ability to understand scientific evidence and its implications to local patients and healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of market access strategies for new launch medicines and prioritized post-launch medicines.
  • Drive listing and reimbursement processes independently, including planning on timeline, preparation of value dossier & relevant documents, and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Develop sound local value proposition through working with commercial and medical teams, WW VAP & HEOR team, and devise plan to address relevant gaps.
  • Ensure local plan aligns to corporate direction and brings best practices to HK.
  • Work with NGOs and other external stakeholders to identify and implement innovative market access solutions through partnership.
