We are seeking an experienced Senior PSP Assistant to join our team at UN News. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating overall face-to-face fundraising activities. This includes developing and managing the Face-to-Face donor acquisition program in Hong Kong and Macao SARs to meet fundraising targets, setting up in-house operations to recruit monthly donors, coordinating with outsourced vendors and in-house frontliners for locations and venue, and assisting in developing and implementing strategies for F2F Fundraisers.
Your Background
You should have a strong background in fundraising, sales support, marketing, or communications, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience with High School Degree and 1 year with a Bachelor's or higher degree. You should also possess excellent direct marketing skills, ability to work independently, good verbal communication, performance management skills, MS Office proficiency, and proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
