  • Oversee the product development cycle, including solution design, preparation of system requirement documents, analysis of user requirements, and organization and execution of risk assessments for new products.

  • Prepare product proposals and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant professional qualifications is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience in product development or management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on cash management.
  • Strong understanding of cash management products and services, including payment solutions, liquidity management, and transaction services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
