About the Role

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Project Manager to lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS) implementations. As a Cloud Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple cloud projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, on budget, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Plan and manage customer-specific engagements, including business requirements, development, review, and sign-off processes.
  • Project Execution: Manage the execution of deliverables, controlling scope, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks.
  • Client Management: Establish, maintain, and deepen client relationships by providing results and exceeding expectations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, project managers, and project team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify and effectively mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Scope, Budget, Timeline, Resources, Quality, and Customer Satisfaction: Effectively manage these critical project elements to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Over 15+ years of experience in project management, including 8 years of project/program management experience of no less than 5 complete end-to-end implementations and/or upgrade ERP or HCM projects.
  • Domain Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional lead and/or solution architect role with deep domain knowledge of ERP or HCM applications and technology.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong track record of project management of complex, and/or multi-pillar projects, implementation methodologies, project management tools, MS Project, project estimation, project team management, client management and communications, and project and proposal leadership.
  • Leadership and Time Management Skills: Demonstrated leadership and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team-oriented environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Advanced Degree like Masters is desirable.
  • Oracle Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Oracle ERP/HCM on-premise or Cloud Applications.
