Cloud Security Manager

Hang Lung Properties is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud security strategies to protect our company's digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cloud security frameworks and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Design and implement cloud landing zones to ensure secure and efficient deployment of cloud resources.
  • Develop and maintain security hardening standards for AWS, Azure, and Aliyun cloud platforms.
  • Lead cloud security projects to automate cloud hardening compliance checking and remediation.
  • Develop cloud security alert handling procedures for our Security Operations Center (SOC) to follow.
  • Perform security risk assessments on cloud applications and IT systems to identify security weaknesses and non-compliance with our IT Reference Architecture and IT security control matrix.
  • Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and automation to improve team efficiency.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with an IT-related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of IT security experience, with property management industry experience being an advantage.
  • Holder of cloud security certifications such as CCSP, Aliyun ACP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or Azure security certification.
  • Managerial grade experience with cyber and cloud security knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of IT general controls, cybersecurity risks, technology risks (including infrastructure, cloud, and application security).
  • Hands-on security assessment and implementation experience on Microsoft 365, Aliyun/Azure/AWS public cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud landing zone design and maintenance.
  • Practical skills in cloud configuration compliance checking automation.
  • A strong team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good English and Chinese (including Mandarin) language skills (both written and verbal).
