About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in shaping the in-store experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing visually appealing store layouts and displays that reflect our brand's image
  • Assisting in the preparation of VM proposals, design development, and technical issues or installation
  • Ensuring design elements align with our brand guidelines and providing guidelines for future use
  • Supporting the installation and maintenance of visual displays in retail locations
  • Assisting in planning and setting up new store openings, expansions, remodels, and renovations
  • Staying up-to-date on retail and design trends to enhance the in-store experience and boost customer engagement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in design, visual merchandising, architecture, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge of 3D software (e.g. SketchUp) is a plus
  • A great design sense and creativity
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changes in business needs or direction
