Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Operation Officer, Information Management, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our Information Management team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Information Management Operational Support:
    • Providing support to the supervisor on information management projects and internal events, including organizing user training and seminars.
    • Supporting and working with IT and external contractors on process automation through Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
    • Researching systems related to information management, such as document management systems, to enhance the application of IM practices.
    • Supporting content creation and maintenance of the Corporate Intranet.
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM) Operational Support:
    • Providing operational support to users on the use of DAM systems and creating tags in DAM systems.
    • Gathering users' feedback on system continuous improvement.
    • Supporting administrative work of user accounts maintenance.
    • Collaborating with IT to support system revamp/upgrade.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A recognized higher diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations support, data processing and entry, and business administration of applications systems in a sizable organization.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
