  • Design and develop cloud-native trading systems that ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement technological solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their application in cloud-native trading systems.
  • Oversee the development of security and compliance features to ensure trading systems meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of technical work experience, with at least 4 years in derivatives trading systems or fintech.
  • Strong technical expertise in Java microservices technology stack.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and containerization.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing and its application in trading systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience resolving complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with blockchain, CEX, DeFi, or similar technologies.
  • Background in developing cryptocurrency derivatives trading systems.
  • Advanced certifications in finance or technology fields, such as CFA or FRM.
