Responsibilities Lead product development initiatives, including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and release planning. Shape KPay’s digital payment product roadmap (e.g., Platform Partners integration, internal tools) to enhance the merchant experience. Collaborate with cross-functional, technical, and regional teams to align business requirements, solution design, and go-to-market strategies. Analyze customer insights, emerging technologies, market trends, and competitors to identify new opportunities. Support and optimize technical onboarding processes for merchants and partners. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Senior Product Management. Assist in gathering product requirements and preparing documentation, release notes, and training materials. Organize and facilitate team meetings and workshops. Job Requirements 5-8 years of payment product management experience; candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Product Manager roles. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field. Proven success in launching products or features that meet defined success metrics. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on project success and achieving market-product fit. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to quickly build trust with internal and external stakeholders (merchants, partners). Highly organized with the ability to produce clear and structured documentation (BRDs, user flows, release notes). Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
