For more details visit Key Responsibilities Support senior management to ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Lump Sum Grant Best Practice Manual, and Articles of Association. Serve as secretary to Board committees, providing comprehensive and advisory support. Administer end‑to‑end process for Board level elections and appointments. Coordinate engagement programs for Board and Committee members, including orientation, visits, social events, and information flow. Maintain the Board Portal system for efficient and secure material sharing. Prepare and arrange the Annual General Meeting, including notices, presentation materials, and speeches. Manage, maintain, and update all corporate governance manuals and guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for Board and Committee members, responding to the Chairman and members in a timely manner, including outside office hours as needed. Prepare papers, presentations, speeches, and correspondence. Assist in the review, development, and implementation of the corporate governance framework. Undertake and manage governance projects as they arise. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above. At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in corporate governance or company secretariat at a managerial/supervisory level. Experience in NGO is an advantage. High level of personal integrity, confidentiality, and discretion. Ability to work with a variety of people from senior management to Board members. Good interpersonal communication skills, including sensitive listening and feedback skills to provide guidance to stakeholders. Sensitivity to service needs from different stakeholders. Ability to source and adapt new ideas to improve quality of work. Ability to analyze situations and suggest solutions. Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English.
