Responsibilities Support the senior management in ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations pertaining to the Companies Ordinance, Lump Sum Grant Best Practice Manual and Articles of Association Serve as secretary to Board committees, providing comprehensive and advisory support Administer the end‑to‑end process for Board level elections and appointments Coordinate comprehensive engagement programs for Board and Committee members, including orientation sessions, visits, social events (e.g., spring dinner) and the seamless flow of information Manage theBoard Portal system to ensure efficient and secure materials and information sharing Responsible for the preparation and arrangement of Annual General Meeting, including the preparation and circulation of notices, presentation materials and speeches Manage, maintain and update all corporate governance related manuals and guidelines Act as the primary point of contact for all Board and Committee members, fulfilling request from the Chairman and members in a timely manner, both during and outside office hours as necessary Prepare papers, presentations, speeches and correspondence Assist in the review, development and implementation of the corporate governance framework Undertake and manage governance projects as they arise Perform ad hoc duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above At least 8 years’ relevant working experience, with 3 years in the field of corporate governance or company secretariat at managerial / supervisory level Experience in NGO is an advantage High level of personal integrity, confidentiality and discretion Able to work with variety of people from senior management to Board members Good interpersonal communication skills, in particular sensitive listening skills and feedback skills to deliver proper message / guidelines and provide suggestions to various stakeholders Sensitive to service needs from different stakeholders Able to source and adapt new ideas to improve qualityof work Able to analyze different situations and suggest solutions Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English How to Apply Please apply with a detailed resume and the application form with e‑mail address, expected salary and the job reference no. to the Human Resources Department, The Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong, 7/F., 3 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong or by clicking Apply Now . #J-18808-Ljbffr
