Responsibilities Process account opening documents in compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date customer information and signature in the Bank’s customer database. Support frontline staff on enquiries related to customer information systems and signature card systems. Support cheque clearing and handle correspondence to government departments or law firms when required. Handle ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications Diploma in Business or equivalent. Around 1–2 years’ experience in banks or financial institutions. Good knowledge in branch operation or customer account opening process. Self‑motivated, attentive to details and good communication skill. Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing. Position Offered Position offered will be subject to experience and qualification.
