Sales & Marketing Manager (Retail + Wellness Focus) We are a fast-growing retail brand specializing in barefoot shoes, rooted in the belief that natural movement is key to wellness. Our community is built around health-conscious, curious, and active individuals who seek products aligned with holistic well-being. With 300% growth in the past 2 years and a new retail location on the way, we’re now looking for a Marketing Manager who lives and breathes wellness, understands the health-conscious consumer, and can scale our brand with smart, results-driven marketing. Your goal is to drive traffic, increase conversions (online + in-store), and grow our community while keeping customer acquisition efficient and brand-aligned. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital (social, paid, email) and retail channels. Own paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.), with focus on ROAS and lead generation. Collaborate with retail and ops team to support in-store traffic and revenue growth. Build partnerships with health/wellness communities and influencers. Manage content calendar and ensure brand consistency. Track and report on campaign KPIs, sales impact, and ROI. Bring creative and analytical thinking to solve marketing challenges. Performance-Based Bonus (30% of salary) Bonus will be tied to clear and trackable KPIs such as: ROAS from digital campaigns (60–70% weight) Marketing‑influenced revenue (online and per‑store uplift, 30–40% weight) Note: Revenue directly from new store openings may be adjusted in bonus calculations to reflect marketing contribution only. During the First 3 Months (Probation) Start freelance or full-time with gradual salary ramp‑up based on contribution. Work towards performance targets with regular reviews. Opportunity to convert into key full‑time leadership position as we grow. Qualifications & Expectations 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably in retail, wellness, or lifestyle sectors). Passionate about health, natural living, and functional movement. Strong grasp of digital tools (AI Tools, Meta Ads, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4). Data‑driven, self‑motivated, and excited to make an impact. Comfortable working independently and owning strategy + execution. Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese & English.
