Personally manage relationships with major partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Business Execution: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from negotiation and contract signing to post‑sale support and payment collection. Organize and participate in local marketing events to enhance brand visibility Market Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor activities, consumer trends, and regulatory changes in Macau. Provide regular performance reports and data‑driven insights to senior management Requirements Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in channel development or management within the Macau market. Experience in FMCG, retail, or related industries is a must. A successful track record in new market expansion is highly preferred. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is essential. Proficiency in English is required for professional communication. Deep understanding of the Macau consumer market and the ability to adapt strategies to local cultural nuances. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively build relationships with diverse partners. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure to solve complex business challenges. Must be willing and able to undertake frequent travel between Hong Kong and Macau. Proficiency in MS Office suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
