CCSC Interconnect Technology Limited (CCSC) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and support our international sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client portfolio with the sales partners across multiple regions, with a strong emphasis on the European market. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can navigate the complexities of the industrial sector and drive tailor‑made solutions for our diverse customer base. The candidate is going to work mainly in the China factory. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely support. Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies for identifying opportunities and generating new business within the assigned territory. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise campaigns tailored to target accounts, focusing on product offerings in cable harness manufacturing. Market Expansion: Research and identify new market segments for CCSC's products across Europe and other international regions. Create and implement action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base. Tailored Solutions Development: Work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing customised solutions that align with CCSC's product offerings. Interface with engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback for product improvements and innovations. Sales Performance Monitoring: Utilise CRM tools to track sales activity, manage customer interactions, and maintain updated records of account progress. Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for management, analysing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed. Networking and Relationship Building: Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote CCSC's products. Build strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance CCSC's market presence. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management within the industrial manufacturing sector, specifically in cable harnesses or OEM products. Demonstrated success in developing and managing high‑value customer accounts, particularly in European markets. Skills: Strong understanding of the industrial sector and the cable harness industry, including key players, trends, and competitive dynamics. Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven ability to drive complex sales processes to success. Strong analytical skills; capable of interpreting sales data and making data‑driven decisions. Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage. Personal Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. Strategic thinker with problem‑solving capabilities and a customer‑centric approach. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Additional Information: This role requires regular travel to meet clients and attend industry events across Europe or certain regions.
