Affiliate Dragons is expanding In connection with the company’s rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to strengthen our advertiser relations team. If you are passionate about building strong partnerships, negotiating profitable deals, and want to grow with a fast-scaling international agency – this role is for you. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in Affiliate Marketing, preferably with mVAS, Sweepstakes, or Apps advertisers. Deep understanding of CPA/RevShare models. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Customer‑focused mindset and ability to build long‑term partnerships. English: Upper‑Intermediate+ (additional languages are a big plus). Proactive, self‑driven, and result‑oriented. Nice to Have Existing advertiser contacts and proven portfolio of closed deals. Experience in working with Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 GEOs (MENA, LATAM, APAC). Responsibilities Search, attract, and onboard new advertisers. Build long‑term partnerships with clients and maintain ongoing relationships. Negotiate deal terms, pricing models, and payout structures. Present agency opportunities, exclusive offers, and traffic capabilities. Collaborate with Affiliate Managers & Tech team to deliver high‑quality traffic and performance. Monitor campaigns, provide insights, and optimize results together with the team. Represent the company at international conferences and industry events. Meet and exceed revenue growth targets.
