Shepherd Asia is boutique corporate services firm serving a portfolio of international clients. We're looking for a Sales Consultant to drive organic growth and introduce key channel partnerships. Role Overview This contract-based position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with an existing network across professional services, particularly law firms, compliance consultants, and SFC-regulated entities. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, representing Shepherd Asia at industry events, and building referral and channel partnerships. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with multiple projects on their plate - this is not a full time position. Key Responsibilities Drive new sales across target sectors, especially SFC- regulated entities such as wealth or asset managers Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and convert leads into revenue. Deepen channel partnerships —cultivating relationships with legal, financial, risk, and compliance partners to increase referrals and collaboration. Attend conferences, networking events, and industry forums on behalf of Shepherd Asia; present and promote our solutions with professionalism and authority. Requirements experience in B2B sales , preferably in professional services Existing network within law firms, financial institutions, or SFC-regulated businesses strongly preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to operate independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets. Professional presence and confidence in event and networking environments. Contract or freelance experience welcome.
