System Architecture: Design and implement cost-effective solutions to meet business requirements. Infrastructure Management: Maintain high system availability and performance across the organization's IT infrastructure. Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies and roadmaps for infrastructure growth and capacity planning. Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the application team on system testing, configuration, and server migration projects. Project Management: Plan and oversee system upgrade and integration initiatives. Resource Optimization: Handle hardware and software upgrades, replacements, and purchasing to ensure optimal system performance. Team Leadership: Manage a technical support team providing assistance to call centers and service centers. Security and Compliance: Conduct audits on IT security, support processes, and asset management. Emergency Response: Participate in on‑call rotations for production incidents and perform shift duties as needed. Who are they looking for? Educational Background: Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system design and administration of large-scale infrastructure and applications. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of multi‑tiered application environments and high availability systems. Networking Skills: Solid experience with Cisco networking equipment, security appliances, and network troubleshooting. Cloud Computing: Hands‑on experience in Cloud Computing (Azure / Ali Cloud), Linux, and IT Security. Vendor Management: Experience in managing IT operations vendors, change management, and incident resolution. Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with VMware vSphere, database replication, and MetaTrader systems (MT4/MT5) is advantageous. Personal Qualities: Mature, multi‑tasking individual capable of working independently under pressure. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management abilities.
