Portfolio Investment Operations Senior Officer/Assistant Manager Front Office exposure to support Investment Managers Friendly Regional Team with Hybrid Work Mode Our Client US based global asset manager offering cross asset classes of investment with total AUM of USD 300+ Billion to search for Regional Portfolio Investment Operations Analyst/Associate. Job Duties Provide regional portfolio / investment operations support to cross asset classes of investment managers Oversight cash management and resolve any reconciliation / operations related matters by working with external fund administrators Facilitate ad-hoc projects related to fund set up, system transformation and workflow automation Identifying business development opportunities, facilitating investor due diligence, managing end to end pre/post sales process by collaborating with key stakeholders including institutional sales, fund manager, product specialists, and legal & compliance Assume the key contact point from conducting portfolio review, ongoing investment communication and tackling any operational related enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of SLA Understand clients’ investment strategies based on the current capital market landscape and facilitate timely execution Responsible Officer and MIC for APAC Hub Global Private Credit/Debt Investment Manager Promising and Rewarding Career Assume one of the senior roles and founding members for the Asia Hub in HK Being the Responsible Officer / Manager in charge accountable for the overall management oversight Oversight the investment team and ensure trade orders are executed in an accurate, timely and effective manner Expansion Greater China Intermediary Sales Headcount Assume key clients contact with high profile institutional & intermediaries clients Cultivate strong client relationship by managing the full life cycle from account management, client on-boarding, periodic portfolio review to ensuring the timely deliverable of SLA Understand clients’ investment/risk requirements; facilitate pitching/business development activities and investment communication by working in close collaboration with Investment Managers, Sales & marketing, Legal & Compliance professionals As part of the regional sales team and you’ll be accountable for cultivating and networking with China Intermediaries including retail banks, private banks and financial advisors Facilitate comprehensive sales and distribution effort by analyzing clients’ profiles; customizing investment solutions to conducting events/road shows Collaborate with regional investment, product and marketing team to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and fulfilment of targets APAC institutional & Intermediaries clients Friendly Int’l team; Rewarding & Promising Career Hybrid Work Mode & Dynamic Investment Expo Ensure accurate and timely order execution control as the bridge between PM/Traders and Middle Office/Operations Team Facilitate portfolio rebalancing, asset allocation and investment monitoring Requirements Well qualified graduate with 3+ years relevant Portfolio Investment Operations / Middle Office experience earned from international asset management Proactive working attitude and readiness to take on responsibilities Familiar with investment operations & trade life cycle Knowledge of Bloomberg AIM or Aladdin is highly desirable Adaptive to working in a multicultural buyside environment APAC Institutional Client Service & Account Mgmt Global Asset Manager & Private Credit Investment Hybrid Work Mode & Dynamic Investment Expo #J-18808-Ljbffr
